  • Activation Breathwork

    A more advanced, faster and paced breathing technique, encouraging complete surrender and becoming truly present with the breath. The style provides an opportunity for deep releases and clarity, helping to shift stagnant energy.

  • Aerial Flow

    Aerial Flow is designed for everyone who wants to improve their flexibility and strength, as well as experience flowing gracefully in the air! During the class, we will learn some aerial poses and then combine them in a beautiful flow. All levels are welcome, but please make sure you feel comfortable being upside down because in this class, we do a lot of aerial inversions. For Intermediate/Advanced participants, some yoga experience is required.

  • Aerial Yoga

    Aerial Yoga can make your body stronger and more flexible, helping you let go of worries in your mind and feel great while functioning better in everyday life. Aerial yoga is an anti-gravitational yoga practice that combines traditional asanas with poses and movements from pilates and acrobatics. It builds strength, power, courage, stamina, and grace. The hammock is used to wrap, suspend, drop, swing, and spiral the body into and out of shapes that are difficult to access in regular hatha yoga.

  • Ashtanga Inspired

    Spice up your yoga practice with ‘Ashtanga Inspired’! Get ready for a creative blend of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga - perfect for both beginners and advanced yogis. Come get bendy with us in our 90 minute Ashtanga Yoga Class where we mix postures from the primary and second series leaving more space for new challenges and surprises!

  • Authentic Relating

    Authentic Relating provides you with a playbook for how to initiate authentic connections in any relationship. Practice skills to cultivate deep connections with others through games and exercises in pairs, small groups, and the whole group. Learn the skills to build a sense of trust, empathy, and care, and to communicate healthy boundaries with the people in your life. This class is an excellent way to improve your relating skills, make new friends, and have fun. Open to individuals of all experience levels and physical abilities.

  • Breathwork

    Breathwork is a method that uses deep connection breathing to expand consciousness, move stuck energy, release suppressed emotion and limiting beliefs. Through carefully paced breaths, unresolved fight and flight responses are activated and released from the body in a safe, gentle, and non-invasive way. The approach is soft and profound and at the same time can be intense and dynamic. You get to fully participate in your own self facilitated experience. Open to all levels of experience beginners included.

  • Breathwork Healing Practices

    Breathwork Healing Practices teaches takeaway protocols that support self mastery and wellbeing. The challenge is for you to make a commitment to invest the necessary time to improve breathing habits, increase oxygen levels and expand lung capacity. You get to explore various protocols such as healing the organ systems, releasing the 7 segments of body armoring, bone breathing, self-regulation techniques, somatic applications and more.

  • Community Connection Circle

    Here at Radiantly Alive, we aim to provide our community with more opportunities to connect with others. Join us for this special Community Connection Circle. Our resident Authentic Relating facilitator, Vix Anderton, will guide us through fun and highly interactive exercises that explore new ways of perceiving, connecting with, and appreciating each other on a deeper and more fulfilling level. Engage in meaningful and enriching conversations, make new friends, and contribute to the local community. This event is donation-based, with proceeds benefiting the Sari Hati School. What can you expect? Laughter, fun, nourishment, sparks of connection, feeling ALIVE, insights, challenges, love, REALness, personal growth, and community. Who can participate? Anyone who desires to build closer connections with others and is willing to try something new. Please note that exercises will be facilitated in English, but small-group and partner exercises can be conducted in your preferred language.

    A dance between the outer movement and the inner stillness. A blend of the stillness of Hatha Yoga postures and the softness and fluidity of Fluid Us movement practice. This class is a door for you to tap into the beautiful experience of your inner self, exploring sensations with deep and nourishing breathing techniques.

  • FluidUs

    A FluidUs practice is a deeply felt and powerful journey of movement, breath, touch and mind. It is a system that relies on the living anatomy and the inherent wisdom of the body to understand and conceptualize asana in order to maximize stability, fluidity, wellbeing, and connection even in advanced shapes and patterns. Practicing in this alignment and connection deepens the discovery of the self and cultivates the possibility of a profound experience. fluidUs is influenced and informed by latest research of neurology, fascia, lymphatic and vascular fluid flow, psychology, embryology, evolutionary biology, physics, human development, evolution of consciousness, cognitive science, mythology and philosophy.

  • Gentle Flow

    Wake up with the sun, roosters and all the locals! Get out of bed, right onto the yoga mat and into your body! This soothing gentle class starts with sun salutations to greet the sunrise and focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. The classes will also include some basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and chanting.

  • Gong Sound Healing

    Gong healing session is a practice that combines the ancient sound healing technique of gong meditation with the concept of traveling through different dimensions of consciousness. During the journey, the gong's powerful and all-encompassing sounds create a meditative state that helps release stress, tension, and stuck energy in the body and mind. The vibrations generated by the gong penetrate deeply into the cells and tissues, facilitating relaxation, balance, and the flow of natural healing energies. As the gong continues to play, participants are encouraged to let go of thoughts and surrender to the experience. This allows them to access different states of consciousness and explore various dimensions within themselves. It can be a transformative and profound experience, as it allows individuals to connect with their inner selves, heal past wounds, and gain insights about their lives and purpose.

  • Hatha Yoga

    Most Yoga classes are a form of Hatha Yoga. This class is a homage to Hatha styles with ancient lineages originating from India. Literally Ha (Sun) Tha (Moon) is the union of polar energies in order to awaken the primary energy through the body (Sushumna). Often a mix of Vinyasa and held poses in an intelligent sequence, this class is the practice of the teacher.

  • Heartful Hatha

    Heartful Hatha is a traditional Hatha Yoga class with a focus on the heart! Through the ups and downs of life, we often build up strong defenses to protect our hearts. This practice is designed to lovingly and gently break down those walls that keep us feeling separate. Using traditional Hatha Yoga techniques (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & Mantra), we strengthen and open our hearts to the beauty of this glorious life!

  • Handstands & Arm Balances

    This class is for anybody with any body who wants to learn how to handstand or level up their arm balances. You will learn correct alignment, shape & entry variations and controlling your balance. Laura will provide accessible breakdowns of skills and tailor the content to all levels. These skill focussed classes aim to teach you all the drills and techniques so you can unlock your full hand-balance potential!

  • Himalayan Kriya Yoga

    Himalayan Kriya Yoga is energy yoga designed to clear your body of energy blockages in the quickest way possible through dynamic movement, breathwork, mudras, and chanting. This is a sacred science of alignment for purification at all levels to attain blissful union within the balance of the physical, mental, emotional, and causal bodies.

  • Inside Flow

    Inside Flow is a vinyasa style of yoga that fuses Movement, Breathing, Passion, Dance and Music, that together drives the classes and frames the whole sequence.

    In the class movement and breath will be ONE. You won’t need to synchronize them because they come already together, inviting you only to enhance your breath to get to the next posture with grace and reverence. You will flow with modern and eclectic music while you put together the parts of a choreography based on yoga postures and transitions.

    The class will reach its peak when the sequence is ready to be practiced to the rhythm of a special “main song”. The movement during this moment will be a flow synchronized with the rhythm, lyrics and duration of the song that will bring you into a trance-like, almost meditative state.

    In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body. Each class has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. It’s wonderfully amusing and heartwarming.

    This practice is recommended for practitioners who already have a foundation in yoga or any kind of movement. Expects lots of sweat and fun.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini Yoga is a beautiful practice, which uses purification techniques called Kriyas (repetitive movements combined with breathwork techniques). The physical practice is often focused on creating flexibility in the spine, increasing our feeling of ease within ourselves and our connection to the world around us; though the main focus of a Kundalini class is deep inner listening, and tuning into a higher frequency through Mantra, Meditation, visualization and intention. The combination of these practices allows for the safe, steady clearing of toxins, energetic blockages, and physical tension from our bodies and minds, preparing us for deep meditation and connection with who we truly are - Peaceful, Loving, and Powerful human beings!

  • Myofascial Release Yin

    Applying gentle pressure on 'trigger points' releases tension in the connective tissues that bind and support our muscles, organs, bones, joints, nerve fibers, and other structures of our body.   • Power Yoga

  • Qigong & Meditation

    QiGong (translated as "Energy Cultivation“) is an ancient Chinese self-healing practice that combines fluid stretches with mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. With QiGong, we are releasing tension and stress that blocksthe free flow of Qi (bioenergy) and accessing the inherent intelligence of the body. By practicing Qigong, we are cultivating subtle senses such as intuition, energy perception, and creative visualization.

  • RA Vinyasa

    Dynamic classes linking breath with movement, Vinyasa, or flow classes, build heat, strength, and flexibility, through intelligent sequencing of challenging asana (postures) creating more focus and presence in our lives. Students benefit from the encouragement of the teacher and the class, finding their own edge between challenge and acceptance.

  • Rebirthing Breathwork

  • Shiva Shakti Kundalini

    Shiva / Shakti Kundalini is a journey of meditation through the medicine of the Sacred Serpent along our spine. This class works with the sacred geometry within us (microcosm) that corresponds to the macro-cosmos. Through various yogic practices,the energetics of your unique dialogue as creation,Shakti (the divine feminine principle), and consciousness,Shiva (the divine masculine principle), will guide you onto the path of Self Realization.

  • Soft Evening Flow

    Tune into your body, breath, and sensation with a gentle flow sequence in Slow Evening Flow. Then, gradually slow your nervous system down with calming Yin postures to settle for the evening.

  • Tantra Yoga

    Awaken your innate power through the revered teachings of Tantra Yoga. ‘Tan’ means expansion while ‘tra’ means freedom making it a natural evolution of yoga which guides you into the art of being free from all physical, mental and spiritual bondages through the fluidity of energy. When we expand our capacity to hold greater energy known in Sanskrit as ‘Shakti’, synchronistically we begin to merge with higher consciousness, ‘Shiva’.
