ABOUT MARK

Hello, my name is Mark, and I am a trained Qi Gong teacher in both traditional and modern forms of Qi Gong. I have over 2000 hours of teaching experience through the Forest Rock Taiji & Qi Gong School, which has helped me learn to teach in a way that combines the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of Qi Gong with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Qi Gong helps to slow down the mind and connect us to something beyond ourselves, and I love sharing it with others to offer them new experiences. I enjoy teaching people who are open to a new way of being in the world by helping them connect with their true selves through embodiment, authenticity, and actualization using this beautiful ancient practice.
